I do have the Mac Drive software that I bought, so I can use this. I've tried turning the power off, then back on. I just installed the Shuttle 2 software for windows, and it recognized my Shuttle 2. Either way, once the disk is done, I put it in my shuttle 2, the light starts as green, then turns red and stays red. I have tried both quick format and unchecking it. Then, I have to delete the volume, then create simple volume and select exFat. The only way to format it as exFat seems to be if I go into control panel -> Administrative -> Computer Management -> Disk Management. When I right-click to use format, there is only NTFS option. When I put my SSD in, it shows up as exFat. Supported models: The exFAT driver works on all NAS models running QTS version 4.3.0 or later. License: The exFAT driver will be automatically launched after you purchase and activate the license.
